About this Appendix

This appendix explains the procedure for printing summaries of PCL or PostScript fonts

installed in your printer.

Printing a Font Summary

Your printer has the capability of printing summaries of all installed PCL or PostScript fonts.

To print a Font Summary, follow these steps:

From the Ready status, press MENU, the control panel display will read:

Paper Menu

Press PREVIOUS or NEXT until the display reads:

Functions

Press SELECT, the display will read:

Functions

Reset Printer

Press NEXT or PREVIOUS until the display reads:

Functions

Print Fonts

Press SELECT, the display will read:

Print Fonts

PCL Fonts

NOTE:

You may toggle between PCL Fonts and PostScript Fonts using the PREVIOUS or NEXT

push-buttons.

Press SELECT. A multi page Font Summary will print.

Examples of PCL and PostScript Font Summaries follow.
